After earlier involvement in combating the trade in pirated digital TV decoders, DMF was brought in on a wide-ranging merchandising campaign.
It is a highly sensitive, nationwide campaign and it is vital that Canal + and its service provider maintain a relationship of trust.
- Training: our merchandising staff have the same level of skills and knowledge as the Canal + dealers themselves. They can inform and advise customers, sell subscriptions and carry out all the administrative tasks to ensure that the contract is correctly set up.
- Accurate reporting: real-time information feedback on advance schedules and sales.
DMF used its “Sales Campaign Platform” to make the campaign a success, drawing on its structures, teams and IT systems. A headquarters and regional offices were set up for quality control, training, overseeing and monitoring the operation; a dedicated team of DMF merchandising specialists were hand-picked and trained; a DMF Web extranet system was set up for real-time reporting.
